The time working for Grant Thornton as a consultant helped enrich the experiences gained during the years living and working in the US always make his lectures a close connection between theory and practice in BA in the US as well as in Vietnam or Korea. And it is the continuity of knowledge and practice that meet the needs of graduate programs in BA very effectively, since these are application training programs, not academic ones. Furthermore, the knowledge shared in class is his own practical experiences that also contribute to making his lectures easier to understand and meet the best possible needs and desires of learners who put the knowledge they have learned in his classes into practice in their leadership and organizational management work.
